Section VII: Information exchange (Article 9)

In this section there is one question where Parties indicate whether or not they have established an information exchange mechanism. Indeed Article 9 requires each Party to facilitate or undertake the exchange of information on POPs. A Party is to designate a national focal point for the exchange of this information through the Secretariat.
